These Terms & Conditions govern the services provided by HarborClean. By placing an order you agree to them.
1. Orders
An order is confirmed once we send you written confirmation by email or message. Please provide accurate details when ordering; you are responsible for the information you supply.
2. Pricing & Payment
Prices are agreed before work begins. The rate quoted is the rate you pay; any additional work is agreed with you in advance. Payment terms are stated on your confirmation.
3. Cancellations
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the agreed start are refunded in full. Later cancellations may be charged in part or in full, as we will have reserved staff and materials for you.
4. Our Responsibilities
We will deliver the agreed service professionally and on time, and we will make every reasonable effort to resolve any issue quickly and fairly.
5. Events Beyond Our Control
We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including weather, supply disruptions or force majeure. We will always inform you promptly and agree a new schedule.
6. Client Obligations
The client agrees to provide the access, information and cooperation reasonably required to deliver the service, and is responsible for any damage caused by the client’s own actions.
7. Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the order, except where liability cannot be limited by law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, and any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Dutch courts.
